From Contacts to Connections - Creating a Networking Mindset

Established in March, the Kearny Bank ChangeMakers initiative focuses on making professional mentorship, education, networking opportunities, and banking advice available to women in business, including women entrepreneurs. The kickoff networking event was held on April 26 at Kearny Bank’s corporate office and drew about 40 attendees. Guest speaker Casey Carpenter, an author and executive coach, presented “From Contacts to Connections – Creating a Networking Mindset.”
