Wood-Ridge resident promoted to position of First Vice President / Assistant Secretary of Loan Operations

FAIRFIELD, NJ (March 19, 2024) – Wood-Ridge resident Agata Rodzen has been promoted by Kearny Bank to the position of First Vice President / Assistant Secretary of Loan Operations. Based at the bank’s corporate office in Fairfield, NJ, Rodzen is responsible for the servicing of all types of loans and escrow accounts.

With Kearny Bank for 24 years, Rodzen initially joined the company as a teller. She then switched into the Commercial Lending Department as a loan closer, before moving into Residential Loan Operations.

“Agata is passionate about customer service – and her focus on even the smallest of details is unwavering,” says Cheryl Lyons, Kearny Bank’s Senior Vice President / Assistant Secretary, Loan Servicing. “We’re certainly appreciative of her expertise, and I know our customers are as well.”

A Bergen Community College graduate, Rodzen supports a variety of charitable events, including the Clean Ocean Action Beach Sweeps, the Valerie Fund Walk/5K Run, and the MaryTheresa Rose Fund Run.
