February 21, 2025
FAIRFIELD, NJ (Feb. 21, 2025) – Kearny Bank has donated – through its KearnyBank Foundation – $2,500 to Red Bank-based non-profit Lunch Break, which provides food, clothing, and fellowship to those in need within its local community. The funds from Kearny Bank will be used in support of participants in Lunch Break’s Life Skills program, who are engaged in finding employment and achieving self-sufficiency.
“Lunch Break is a fantastic organization, and since we’re doing business right in this community, it just makes sense for us to contribute,” explains Pat Zilly, Assistant Vice President / Retail Relationship Manager at Kearny Bank’s Little Silver location. “Beyond that, several of Lunch Break’s core efforts, like soft skills training and financial literacy awareness, are perfectly aligned with some of what our foundation focuses on.”
